6-Stage Quality Control Process

Quality is checked at every stage — not just at the end

Raw Material Inspection

Incoming resin and additives verified against supplier COA. Material certificates checked before production.

IQC — Incoming QC

Raw material sampling and testing before release to production floor.

IPQC — In-Process QC

Continuous monitoring during production: thickness, width, color, and visual appearance checked at regular intervals.

FQC — Finished Product QC

Completed products inspected for dimensions, appearance, and physical properties before clearing for packaging.

Packaging Inspection

Packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and quantity verification before shipment preparation.

OQC — Outgoing QC

Final pre-shipment random sampling inspection. Only approved lots are released for dispatch.

Key physical properties tested on-site for every production batch

📏 Thickness Measurement

Equipment: Digital Thickness Gauge

Precise thickness measurement in micron, mil, and gauge units. Ensures consistent material thickness across the entire roll — critical for performance and cost.

💪 Tensile Strength Testing

Equipment: Tensile Testing Machine

Measures tensile strength at break and elongation percentage — key indicators of film durability and load-bearing capacity.

🔬 Coefficient of Friction Testing

Equipment: Coefficient of Friction (COF) Tester

Measures film surface slipperiness — important for bags that need to open easily and films that run on automated packaging lines.

Testing Standard: Our products are tested in accordance with GB/T 4456-2008 (Chinese national standard for polyethylene blown film). We can also arrange testing per ASTM D882, ISO 527, or your specified standard through accredited third-party laboratories.

Third-Party Testing & Inspection

Need independent verification? We fully support third-party involvement.

🔬 Third-Party Lab Testing

We can arrange testing through internationally accredited laboratories (SGS, TÜV, Intertek) for:

  • Full mechanical properties (tensile, tear, puncture)
  • Chemical composition & RoHS/REACH compliance
  • Surface resistivity (ESD materials)
  • Food contact safety (FDA, EU 10/2011)
  • Barrier properties (WVTR, OTR)

🏭 Third-Party Factory Audit

We welcome customers or their designated third-party inspection agencies to audit our facility and inspect goods before shipment.

Common inspection services we work with include SGS, Bureau Veritas, and Intertek pre-shipment inspections.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Every shipment comes with a detailed COA documenting key quality parameters.

What's included in our COA: Product name, batch number, production date, quantity, thickness (nominal vs. measured), width, color, visual inspection result, tensile strength, elongation, and any customer-specified test results.
